ANNIE MAXIM HOUSE AND HOUSING ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

The Annie Maxim House, Inc. shall assist older persons of slender means of support, from Rochester, Massachusetts and abutting towns, with either services and/or housing as a memorial to Annie Maxim Cowen. This shall be done within the discretionary powers dictated by the will of George A. Cowen and shall be in keeping with the highest possible standards of compassion and excellence.
